OPERATIONS
WHAT WE DO
At Southern Cape Farm, our core operations sit within Southern Cape Grazing, with a focus on sustainable cattle production guided by regenerative land management practices. Alongside cattle grazing, we are exploring diversified agricultural opportunities, including the cultivation of vanilla beans and selected produce, as part of a long-term vision for resilient and productive Country. Our approach prioritises quality over scale, with plans to supply premium Southern Cape beef directly to select restaurant partners, ensuring transparency, care, and respect at every stage of the process.
